I knew i could count on you to help me find the perfect front end look! Not only is it functional but it is perfect for hanging all the panties on that will be dropping in trailer parks across the southeast!

Yessir you're correct, it was at dixie run. I like yours and will's because it matches the rear of my chassis pretty well.

Very very similar to the back of mine.

Hell, you could probably knock something out up front very quickly. You have a nice platform to work off of. I would use atleast .250" thick tubing so you can ram the **** out people. I went with 2" .250" on both ends so im not on the loosing end.

The boner bar is my personal favorite though. I would build that out of solid stock and call it good to ****in go. :****:

Got a brand new set of krawlers, cut a side wall got upset and sold em. Went with some 43" SX stickies

Feels like it's sit'n up a little high but the tires have 15 psi and i'm gonna adjust on the coil overs a little to set it a little lower.

You'll want about 8 lbs in those tires :****:

I've got two rides on the SX's. First was the damn locals event at tracy city over memorial day weekend. Second was a trip to Harlan two weeks ago. My initial thoughts on the SX vs Krawler are that the SX do not hook up on rocks as well compared to the Krawler. With that said, I will see how the SX's do as they get broken in to really judge but out of the box, the Krawlers are far superior on rocks. On the other hand, I've been on two rides and haven't cut a side wall!

When I put the SX's on, the tire size difference raised the belly up 3". It felt too tall driving around, so I took all of the pre-load out of the coil-overs and lowered the belly back down to 20" ish, which helped with the link angles but now I need to work on getting pre-load back into the springs so I get my handling back.

Didn't get a lot of action shots but we had a blast and the buggy went every where I pointed it. My wife even got behind the wheel for the first time. She did lower rock garden, still hill, lower damnation and lions den. After the drop in and squeeze between the rock and the tree in lions den, she had enough! I was proud of her, she handled herself and the buggy very well for the first time behind the wheel.

glad to hear the stickies are working well. been actually pretty happy with my SX2s, so I can't wait till I can afford some sticky SXs!! thumb.gif

CCB this year was hard on parts.

Wiring Upgrade - I know it's not wiring "porn" but not too bad for a guy at his kitchen table!

Still have to finish buggy side of wiring upgrade, put shocks back on, finish rear limit strap re-location and possibly see about straitening out the bent roof bar before new years ride

How are you liking the SXs now? I actually got rid of my sx2s and went to the SX stickies and really them (and not broken in either)

First run was at 8-10psi and second run was 6-8psi.

Liking them more and more. (Don't tell ridgetopauto or MacMan know I said that!) They still make the buggy just feel different, compared to when I ran the Krawlers. If BFG ever made the Krawler with a tough side wall, I'd go back.

Wiring looks good man :dblthumb:

Thanks! I had multiple weather pack connectors before. It was nice to consolidate to the round Molex connector and the Anderson power plug.
