BTF fusion finish up

I go back to working long days tomorrow, so this thing will get WAY slower (it was already slow :wtflol:)
At least I'll have money to live on and spend on it while I don't have time to work on it laughing1
Travis, post up the ****ty cell phone pics of my rear upper ORI mounts.

ha I see the need for lightening holes on 3/8 plate, but why do you need the additional bolt gusseting?

Talk about some plate overkill Kelly!

3/16" on all plate, and weld washers are purely for looks, all 3/16" It's the 225 lb sheet I had on the table at the time, didn't want to move a 200 lb in for little pieces :flipgotcha:
agree the top plate should have been 1/8" and washers might not be neccessary, but remember, these are the bump stop now too, not just damping.

I've been working long ass hours (gone from the house for 14 plus) and fighting with the wife about working, so not much has been happening. I did order the 2 piece front bearing today and mufflers. I've been plugging away on my front bracket setup as well. I'm trying to make it all perfect in CAD files so I can burn them at will when others need the truck stuff to clear front links that sit on either side of the damper. I'm within 10% of a finished product. I'm having ben spin all the spacers out of 6061 on his lathe, and all the plate is being burned on my table with all the design and tweaking done by me. I could just whack some plates out, drill where necessary and roll on but I want it repeatable. So many times this trips up my progress, then I have a file that I never advertise and someone else comes out with the same thing ::) laughing1 Some day I'll learn
I've sent pics of it to MattO, maybe he can drop one or 2 on here if he has time.

Here are the pics of the acc drive setup Kelly made for use with truck accessories

Brent, I have a couple of options for the ps pump as for height, but the one I just completed needed to be semi low (way higher than stock) to get the belt as close to the wp as possible. I'll text it to copperhead, he can have it on here in a matter of seconds laughing1

Will that take a P pump? I'm very interested in a kit regardless of P Pump or not.

Yeah it takes a p-pump. Any replacement pump that bolts in to the truck mount for a p-pump will work also. Mine is an n-pump but has a can on it and bolts up to the stock mount
