I just want the truth from someone in the same craft. You got respect for Chef Ramsey (Hell's Kitchen) or would you beat him down like he touched your wife inappropriately?

i like his approach.......it works for very few...and if he did not have his acclaim, i wouldn't even think about acknowledgeing his technique, if it can even be called that...

if emeril talked ot me like ramsay does his 'donkeys', i would walk up to him and call him a ***** and leave...hell, i might even do it just for the hell o fit...

ramsay has michelin star restaurants....they are the best....

his technique brings out the best in everyone who works for him, as long as they 'understand' and can see what he is trying to get from everyone...THE BEST....

Outstanding info! I enjoy the show but I wasn't sure if he was as talented as he's made out to be.
