That sounds like my kinda thing too! I always thought it would be badass to be deep into the FBI, CIA, ATF. Know the things kept out of the public eye and such. Really, I just want to know wtf actually went down in the Vegas shooting!

I did exactly that for a few years, I still go out to Vegas and play the WSOP main event every year. I used most of my poker playing bank roll to set up/buy my ranch. I played a lot online poker when you could still play on pokerstars/full tilt. I still go to Deadwood and play some when I get time. I have played with a lot of the guys you see on TV. I was once on the feature table on ESPN during the 2010 WSOP main event.

That's cool as hell. I love me some gambling. I play texas hold em on my phone a lot, but never reallt played much in person. Always been scared to jump in in a casino. I usually only play blackjack, roulette, and a few slots. Tried Mississippi Stud last time I was there, but figured out real quick that's not the game for me. Takes losing too much before winning anything.

Dream job for me would be to buy Golden Mountain and all the cattle farm with it, plus the ~450 acres to the south/east to encompass the rest of mountain.

Get dad to move his cattle operation down here and we'd spend all our time piddling with the cows, cutting hay, and making and maintaining badass trails.
