• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

My own toy thang.....

I always like to follow your build threads and remember the other build thread from the old site! It motivated me to work on my trucks and clean some things up on them.

We need to get you a flush zip tie cutter for your birthday! :D

They are an awesome tool! I never knew they existed until I worked at Genie and used one all day long.

I bought one at Panduit years ago but you can find them a lot cheaper.

With a nice set of regular side cutters, you can cut them flush easily with just a little practice...I personally don't see the need...And believe me, I have to use ALOT of zip ties at work... and P-clamps!

After WAY too long--new meats...

Back when I built the rig I had the d44. When I built the pro-rock 60 I didn't change the link lengths so the front got pushed forward and the 38's barely rubber the front bumper cross support. I knew there would be a clearance issue. I am glad I got my ramp moved from the other shop..

Time for an end of my bat wing bumper... I also had to lop off some of the fender and the area outside the headlamp.

Now this is all temp as the front will be getting redone in phase 2 of the rebuild.

I had one that I could never go under 12psi or it would just burp all the air the rest were 8psi before they burped...

I will say I was extremely pleased with the new meats..

So I am prepping for phase 1 of the rebuild which will be focusing on safety.

I ordered 2 new PRP seats.
I will be reworking the cage and going with a tin top.

New windshield.

I still gotta look at new belts as mine are showing signs of age.

Looks very good!
What size are the new Iroks?

I like the twin Wilwoods.
Soak the seals in brake fluid for a few days though as I have had three new Wilwood masters in the last two years that wouldn't build pressure.
