Lemme guess, you saw Brad's and just had to have one huh. He did the same after seeing mine in action. :flipoff:

I have actually had mine for over a year but only used it for doing GM fuel line stuff....

:clappy: That thing is F'N Sweet! I can't tell you how sweet it is...if any of you have ever seen mike go HE GOs. Great Job Mike! If one thing is not complete its on to the next...:clappy:

OH and did I methion it is lookin pretty sweet right now. :D

i touched the sammi tonight, :flipoff: lookin strait pimpin. the front winch mount/ crossmember/spring mounts are beautiful.

Ok since I am waiting on more parts I was going to push the rig over into the other stall and get mine ready for this weekend----but I couldn't :redneck:

I went and mounted the ecm---but I didn't like how it was so I threw those mounts away and re-did it. This time I liked how it turned out MUCH better :;

So then I sat down and ripped the 2.4 toyota engine harness apart--Identified all wires and curcuits and started building the harness.

jack106.jpg

I also went thru the stock sami harness that was under the hood and there aint much left now :redneck:

jack107.jpg

Now this is very roughed in for now but I plan on wiring the rig with the possability of the fenders/fenderwells no longer being there :D

You're my wiring hero.

I would probably look at both those harnesses, scratch my head a bit, give up and bring the rig to you. Guess you're good for something at least. :flipoff: :haha:

MIKE you are the man.

BUNK you are the man.

PORTER YOUR services will not be needed.:flipoff:

ha ha... WIres don't scare me as I have worked on some of the most highly technical vehicles on the road--this **** is easy :flipoff:

So I am going to rework the stock samy power feeds, kill all the rh/lh fused bullcrap. I am also going to pre-plan for the possability of no more headlamp buckets (due to no sheet metal there, lol) and rewire that portion of the circuit off a relay since there is a good spot for diffent headlamps (more power means you do not wanna run circuits thru stock switch) if need be.

But my god these old sami wiring schematics suck :flipoff:

one word: fourtynine:flipoff: :flipoff:

j/k

so far its looking great mike. yet another top notch job:cool:

Well I got a couple boxes and here is something that was in one of them. We will be running rope and this was just too sexy to not put on :D

So I had a chance to start mapping out the electrical circuits. I decided to go and make a mount to hold the relays and found a place for the new fuse block...

jack109.jpg

After figuring out what all the circuits were here is whats left of the factory harness that I will be using (firewall side). There was also alot of redundent **** in this harness so it will be simplified without taking away anything...

jack110.jpg

And I went thru and figured out what all the fused circuits are in the factory fuse block. The now dead circuits will be re-routed for the new circuits to keep it clean/simple...
