    I need some help!!!

The best thing is to not reinvent the wheel. There are tons of info out there on what works and doesn't work. Spend a month or so reading and deciding what your ultimate rig will be and then go there. Not partway there, but all the way. It will be a lot cheaper in the long run.

    best snow tires?????????????

Don't need ponies, you need gears for serious snow wheeling. Irok or Gateway Buckshots have proven to be the best all around snow tires.
