JohnG explained it one day. 1-3 go by post count but I've forgotten the exact number that each one represents.
4-5 are for easy and hardline guys. These are the original members and close friends.

So this chick comes in to work the other day, she works for Knox Auto Parts, she's like a freakin 20 out of 10!!! Had on some dirty ass jeans with grease and oil all over em, rips in all the right places, skinny chick (and you know how I like mine) but had a hell of an ass. I google image searched hot tan women under 25 with black hair for 30 minutes and all I could even find that looked a little like her was the chick below, and this chick in the pic is fugly compared to ol' girl at work. I almost caught a charge for comin'on her back following her back to the truck. I'll try and get a creeper shot next time she comes in.
