I'm a terrible planner....and people around me are terrific at it. Come Jan. 2nd they have their ENTIRE YEAR PTO calendar'd out and turn in. I'm more of a "hey next week looks sunny" kind of taker-offer.

They can do that ****, but can't follow simple directions on how to put parts in locations / boxes / trailers. RE-DONK-U-LOUS.
